I have partnered with Tim Stives and ComputerSOS. for the past three years on a variety of projects. During that time I have found both Tim and his organization to be exceptional in terms of expertise, creativity and service.

Our Office, Special Events/University at Buffalo, handles 40+ major academic conferences a year ranging from simple high speed nametag generation to extremely complex web based registration programs. In an effort to evolve our service capabilities we turned to ComputerSOS. to develop high end software to assist us with conference management and registration. Many of our events are logistically difficult and labor intensive to say the least. This product allowed us to perform our tasks faster and cheaper, reducing labor costs and increasing our profit margin.

The diversity of our programs required continual changes in the original plan and all had oppressively short deadlines for implementation. The entire team at ComputerSOS. from the receptionist to the software developers continually performed their duties above and beyond expectations. During each segment of our software design and development we were greeted with a smile, a willingness to answer questions and most importantly solutions. Each individual challenge was met in a timely fashion with a highly professional demeanor. I can honestly say that we would not have been able to bring many of our conferences to a successful conclusion without their assistance.
